Led by Kate Gaffey, this is a special self-care yoga course designed to nourish the body & nurture the soul. We will treat the bodies with delicious yoga nidra, easy yoga flows & create a restful and nourishing space that soothes the soul.

Foundations

As women we are cyclical beings. This four week course allows us to learn about our inner cycles, seasons and celebrate our unique cyclical nature.

This 4 week course is perfect for those who want to boost their self-care, those in need of nurture & deep rest and those called to learn more about our natural cycles and rhythms as women. Open to women of all ages (whether or not you have a menstrual cycle).

No yoga experience is required.
