A Yin and Yang Urban Retreat
A enriching day long retreat to channel the yin and yang energies in the body..
This time of year in the Celtic calendar is a celebration of the harvest, of aliveness and growth - in essence the yang of life. With the harvest comes a clearing, an uprooting of that which is no longer required to make way for new growth – the practice of yin will support us in cultivating this receptivity.
Join Eimear for this end of Summer practice to celebrate with a vibrant flow balanced with a surrendering yin practice to bring balance throughout.
