In these workshops, Social Dreaming will be combined with Yoga Nidra, Shamanic Journeying and art-making to connect both the individual and the group to untapped creativity that resides in our dreamscapes.

Social Dreaming is a way of working with dreams where the focus is on the dream and not the dreamer, where dreams are shared amongst people who come together solely for this purpose. With Social Dreaming, the meaning of a dream is about the broader world in which one lives. In a Social Dreaming event, participants are invited to offer their dreams and, through association, explore the possible social meanings contained within them.

Suitable for everyone - No prior experience in any of the elements of this workshop is necessary.

These workshops will combine mindfulness meditation, Yoga Nidra and deep listening practices

Deep Listening, as developed by Pauline Oliveros, explores the difference between the involuntary nature of hearing and the voluntary, selective nature of listening. The practice includes bodywork, sonic meditations, interactive performance, listening to the sounds of daily life, nature, one’s own thoughts, imagination and dreams.

Suitable for everyone - No prior experience in any of the elements of this workshop is necessary.
