“Nurture the Mother” is the theme of this yoga class for mums to be.  All the usual elements of a yoga class but tailored specifically for pregnancy to build strength, confidence, stamina and self-belief.

Suitable for expectant mums at any stage of pregnancy.

Take the fear out of birth and gain a really useful tool kit for “the right birth on the day”. This 5 week course will show you how to use hypnobirthing methods to help you enjoy your pregnancy and to help keep you and your partner calm and relaxed throughout the birth of your baby. You and your partner will learn methods for breathing, visualisation, anchoring, active birthing, relaxation and a 2.5 hour preparation for breastfeeding class. You will also learn about navigating your way through the Irish Maternity services and about informed consent.

Course fee includes text book, 6 downloadable MP3s, handouts and additional materials.
