This course will guide you gently into Taoist principles of longevity and vitality. Deepen your connection to your organ health and learn ways to reduce stress and embrace inner balance.

Available as an 8 Week Course €120 or as a Drop In €17

Foundations

We start with a physical practice of Qi Gong (Chi Kung) to activate your life-force. Many people find Qi Gong calming, yet also energising – often referred to as ‘acupuncture without needles’.

It facilitates the flow of harmonized, high quality energy through your body, which you can use to improve your life. Qi Gong has been known to improve immunity, increase focus and reduce stress-related illness.
