“Yin Nidra” is a 1.5-hour class which blends the gentle and restorative practices of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. The class begins with 50 mins of Yin Yoga and concludes with a 40-min Yoga Nidra.
This class is open to everyone and no prior yoga experience is required.

Yin Way is a monthly Taoist women’s circle to nurture yourself and drop into a calm, serene space. Each month we have a different theme, often focusing on the Chinese five elements (harmony of the seasons & organs) or exploring aspects of personal transformation and sacred sexuality. Self-care practices like the Inner Smile and Healing Sounds create a reservoir of self-love and inner peace for you to dip into in your daily life.
All women are most welcome to attend Yin Way and no experience is necessary.
