Breathing Space

Pranayama & Vinyasa Yoga Workshop

Aug 24th

7PM-9PM

Find the time and space to catch your breath. In this 2 hour workshop we will delve into yogic breathing practices to help balance the nervous systemPranayama or breath control is the gateway between body and mind and helps us to activate the parasympathetic nervous system to aid rest and relaxation. Explore kapalbhati breath to energise, nadi sodhhana or alternate nostril breathing to find balance and ujayi breath to harness over internal power.

Dynamic vinyasa flow yoga focusing on the side body will strengthen us from within, open up the lungs and connect movement with breath. We will wind down with longer holds; giving us ample time to linger, reflect and evolve. If you have been feeling stressed or overwhelmed then this is the class for you

Open to all levels.

Prepare for your workshop

All mats and Yoga equipment are provided. Wear warm and comfortable clothing that you can move freely in. Layers are always good!
